1. what materials are your products made from?
DormDecs decals are made from eco-friendly, high-quality materials with a woven, textured finish that sets them apart from ordinary stickers. they are perfect for easy setup and removal without ruining walls or furniture. they are not vinyl and they are not contact paper!
2. are your wall decals removable without damage?
yes — our peel-and-stick decals use low-tack adhesive that sticks securely, yet removes cleanly, leaving no residue or surface damage behind.
3. what size are your products? (decals, photo displays, etc.)
currently, our decals come in two shapes and two sizes:
princess large decals: 12.5”L x 5.71”W
princess small decals: 6.75”L x 3.0” W
art deco large decals: 12.49”L x 5.5”W
art deco small decals: 6.99”L x 2.75” W
please note- at this time we are not able to sell by the roll.
4. do you offer custom shapes and sizes?
we are always game for some creative collaboration! please email us at info@dormdecs.com and let us know what you’re thinking!
5. there is a design i like, but i want the decal in a color you don’t offer. can i custom order it in that color?
custom ordering different colors is not currently offered. however, we are always adding new colors and styles to our DormDecs line, so keep visiting our site for new styles.
6. how do i apply and remove my decals?
· step 1: clean the surface
use a clean, lint-free cloth or paper towel to wipe down the surface and dry it completely. avoid using harsh cleaners, waxes, or sprays, as they can leave residue that interferes with adhesion. make sure the surface is completely dry before applying the decal.
· step 2: install the decal
start at the top of the decal and carefully peel the backing away. then, place one corner on the surface and slowly flatten the rest out with your hand. use your student id, driver’s license or a credit card to smooth out any air bubbles or wrinkles. start from the middle of the decal and gently push to the edges. if you make a mistake, or don’t like the initial placement, simply remove the decal and reapply!
· step 3: enjoy!
take a step back and appreciate the new look of your decal!
removal: gently peel from one corner and slowly pull. that’s it!
7. are your decals reusable?
yes, our decals are reusable but make sure to save the backing in case you want to move your decal to a new location in your dorm.
8. what's your shipping policy?
domestic shipping: we ship USPS ground which takes about 3–5 days; if you need our decals more quickly, express shipping is also available for an additional fee. sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
9. what’s your return and exchange policy?
we are eager to make you happy with your decal purchase, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchased from our website, we will have a record too.

items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
damages and issues
please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
exchanges
if you change your mind about your purchase, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. again, just reach out to us. we’re always here and ready to help.
refunds
we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

10. do you offer bulk or bundle discounts?

11. can i track my order?
absolutely! a usps tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
12. do you sell the small hearts, bows & flower decals i’ve seen in some of your videos?
our mini decals are included as part of your purchase. we randomly select an assortment of at least 10 mini decals and include them in your package at no additional charge.
